Both decals use exactly the same mermaid-and-fish artwork and dimensions; one is horizontally reversed to form a mirror-image pair. They may be placed together facing inward or outward, while either decal can also be used on its own as an accent on a ukulele body or headstock.

Each decal measures 30.6 x 55.3 mm (1.20 x 2.18 inches).
