We accept secure payments through Shopify checkout.
Available payment methods include major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your device, browser, and location.

Shipping

We welcome international orders and ship to most countries worldwide.

Orders to the United States are fulfilled through Amazon FBA.
Orders to destinations outside the United States are shipped by DHL.

At this time, we do not offer DHL shipping to the United States through this store.

Shipping Methods

United States Orders

Orders shipped to addresses in the United States are fulfilled through Amazon FBA.
This allows faster domestic delivery within the U.S. and helps us provide more reliable service for U.S. customers.

DHL (Orders Outside the United States)

For destinations outside the United States, DHL is our primary shipping method.
We currently do not use Japan Post or Global Priority for international orders outside the U.S., as they do not meet our delivery standards for speed and reliability.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided
  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days after shipment

Since 2022, we have absorbed DHL’s annual rate increases as much as possible. However, due to a significant increase in 2025, our shipping fees were revised in January 2025.

Remote Areas
Additional charges may apply for DHL remote areas.
If your address is classified as a remote area, we will contact you before shipment.

Order Processing

DHL orders placed before 12:00 PM JST are generally processed and shipped the same day or the next business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM JST on Friday, or during weekends or public holidays in Japan, will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping Notice

For DHL shipments, transit times may vary depending on:

  • destination country
  • season
  • weather conditions
  • customs clearance
  • local carrier operations

Packaging

All items are carefully prepared for safe delivery.

Delivery Guarantee

If your package has not been delivered within 28 business days, we will offer either:

  • a replacement shipment, or
  • a full refund

No. Orders to the United States are fulfilled through Amazon FBA, and DHL shipping to the United States is not available through this store.

How are international orders outside the United States shipped?

Orders outside the United States are shipped by DHL. We currently do not use Japan Post or Global Priority for these orders.

What happens if my package does not arrive?
