We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at jockomo@inlaysticker.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for the next step. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If your order has not been delivered within 28 business days of purchase, please contact us at jockomo@inlaysticker.com. We can offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment, depending on your preference.
